Newsitehotel.com proceeds with hotel booking according to the conditions selected and informed by the customer (name of the person the hotel is booked in accordance with identification documents, date of arrival, date of departure, number of guests, room typology and meal supplement).

Children must always be included in the reservation indicating their respective ages at the date of arrival.

Requests for additional children or adults are not considered in the reservation.

Special requests are subjected to confirmation. The accommodation does not include: additional charges in the rooms, meals or values for services such as laundry, Spa, sports equipment rentals, transport or transfers, cots, luggage storage, safekeeping, late checkout, Tourist Taxes.

The person whose name the hotel is booked will need to be present at time of check-in. Hotels do not accept exchanges on the name of the person informed in the booking.

Meal supplements are the responsability of each hotel. General definition of meals:

  • Room only: No meals included;
  • Breakfast: Breakfast included;
  • Half Board: Includes breakfast + 1 meal that is usually dinner. Drinks are not included in unless otherwise informed;
  • Full board: Includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks are not included unless otherwise informed;
  • All Inclusive: Includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks during the day.

 

Customers can pay using credit card, bank transfer or PayPal.

If the payment is not authorized by the bank or credit card companies or received in full in due time, newsitehotel.com reserves the right to proceed with the booking request cancellation.

Information regarding the Cancellation Policy is available in the Cancellation Policy or Warnings for each hotel. In case of non-refundable rate, given its promotional character, it is applicable to reservations that can not be cancelled and can not be changed under any circunstances with regard to the name of the person the hotel is booked, date of arrival, date of departure, number of guests, room typology, meal supplement and it is not subject to any kind of reimbursement.

It is recommended that the Customer confirm the check-in and check-out hours and the reception working hours of the hotel
